Dongguan Yongfei Hardware Product Co., Ltd. is professional in manufacturing different kinds of precision fasteners (turning parts), such as special screws & nuts, standoffs (spacers), shafts, rivets, brass inserts, pins, connector pins, F connectors, RF connectors, many brass fittings, fasteners for communication products, and electronic products. Our company was established on May 1st, 2000. At present, we have a workshop covering an area of more than 5,000sqm and more than 380 employees. In order to meet our customers' requirements for delivery time & product quality, our company owns many kinds of machining equipment & inspecting facilities as follows: 1) Machining equipment: More than 100 CNC machines, over 300 precise automatic lathes, as well as many kinds of processing machines, totaling more than 600 machines 2) Inspecting facilities: Round testers (similar with 3D measurement instruments), projectors, 2D measurement instruments, laser detectors, salt spray testers, pull testers, bend testers, and altimeters, as well as meters for concentricity, surface roughness, and hardness. Our general manager has mastered technology in machining lines as well as our factory management for more than twenty years. He cultivates a group of managers and technical talents. Furthermore, he has been studying the methods for reducing costs as well as improving production benefits.
